1. Services

Spring Cleaning Express will provide the cleaning services selected during booking and listed in your estimate or invoice. Only services expressly included in your selected package or approved as add-ons are included.

The following are not included unless separately purchased or approved: interior or exterior window cleaning beyond reachable interior windows; carpet, upholstery, or specialized floor restoration; mold remediation, pest removal, biohazard cleanup, or hoarding cleanup; heavy lifting or moving large furniture and appliances; and cleaning at unsafe heights or any work requiring a license or specialized certification.

2. On-Site Assessment

When our cleaning team arrives, they will briefly assess whether the actual size and condition of the home match the information provided at booking. If the property materially differs from what was quoted — for example, a larger space, heavier soil level, or additional rooms — we will contact you to discuss any adjustment before performing the additional work. We will not perform work that increases your quoted price without your approval.

3. Pricing and Taxes

Your service price, approved add-ons, and any applicable sales tax are shown on your estimate and invoice. The final price may change if the actual size, condition, or cleaning requirements materially differ from the information provided during booking, or if you request additional work. We will obtain your approval before performing material additional work that increases the quoted price.

4. Payment

Payment is due no later than 24 hours before your scheduled cleaning. You will receive an electronic invoice by email or text, and you are responsible for completing payment through the secure invoice link. Your appointment may remain pending or be canceled if payment is not received by the deadline.

By submitting payment, you authorize charges for the agreed cleaning service, approved add-ons, applicable sales tax, any disclosed cancellation, rescheduling, or no-access fees, and any other amounts you separately approve. If a payment is declined, we may place the appointment on hold or cancel it until another approved payment method is provided.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to: provide accurate information about the property, including its size, condition, and number of rooms; provide safe and timely access during the scheduled arrival window; provide working electricity and running water; secure cash, jewelry, firearms, medication, sensitive documents, and valuable or fragile items; identify damaged, unstable, or delicate surfaces requiring special handling; secure aggressive, anxious, or disruptive pets; and disclose any known health, safety, pest, mold, or biohazard concerns before service.

6. Property Access

You are responsible for ensuring our team can enter during the scheduled arrival window, whether by being present or by providing a working door code, lockbox, or key. Access codes and keys will be used only for authorized services and handled with reasonable care.

7. Pets

You must disclose all pets at the property and secure any pet that may interfere with cleaning or create a safety concern. We are not responsible for a pet escaping when it was not properly secured, except to the extent directly caused by our negligence.

8. Cleaning Products and Equipment

Unless otherwise agreed, we provide ordinary cleaning supplies and equipment. You must disclose surfaces or materials requiring special products. When you provide your own products, you accept responsibility for damage caused by product defects, incorrect labeling, or inappropriate use instructions, except where caused by our negligence.

9. Before-and-After Photos

Our cleaners take before-and-after photographs of the cleaned areas as proof of the work performed and to document the condition of the space. These photos are limited to the areas being cleaned. We do not photograph personal objects such as family pictures, documents, or personal belongings — only the surfaces and areas being serviced. Photos are used for quality and record-keeping purposes and will not be used publicly for marketing without your separate permission.

10. Unsafe or Undisclosed Conditions

We may refuse to begin, or may stop work, if we reasonably believe the property contains unsafe or undisclosed conditions, including active infestations, mold requiring remediation, human or animal waste, needles, hazardous materials, exposed wiring, dangerous structural conditions, aggressive animals, illegal activity, or threatening conduct. Applicable cancellation or service fees may still apply when the condition was not disclosed before arrival.

11. Breakage and Damage

We use reasonable care in your home. You must report any alleged damage within 24 hours after service and provide reasonable documentation, including photographs when available. We must be given a reasonable opportunity to inspect the item or area before any repair or replacement is arranged.

We are not responsible for normal wear and tear, pre-existing damage, loose or improperly installed fixtures, already-weakened items, damage caused by undisclosed conditions, or damage caused by customer-provided products, except where responsibility cannot legally be limited.

12. Satisfaction and Re-Clean Policy

Your satisfaction matters to us. Please report any cleaning concern within 24 hours after service. If the concern relates to an included service, we will be given a reasonable opportunity to return and correct the affected area before a refund is considered. This policy does not apply to services not included in your purchased package, inaccessible or unsafe areas, conditions caused after service by occupants, contractors, movers, or pets, or concerns reported after the 24-hour period.

13. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refund Policy

Cancellation deadline. You may cancel or reschedule without a fee when we receive notice at least 24 hours before your scheduled arrival window.

Late cancellation. When a cancellation or rescheduling request is received after the 24-hour deadline but before the service date, a late cancellation fee of $50 may apply.

Same-day cancellation. When service is canceled on the scheduled service date, a same-day cancellation fee of $50 may apply.

No access or lockout. A no-access fee of 50% of the scheduled service charge may apply when our team arrives but cannot enter or begin work because you are not present when required, a provided code/key/lockbox does not work, building staff refuses access, an unsecured or aggressive pet prevents entry, you turn the team away, or an undisclosed unsafe condition prevents service. Our team may wait up to 20 minutes while attempting to contact you before the visit is treated as a no-access.

Rescheduling. A request to move the appointment after the deadline may be treated as a late cancellation. We will make reasonable efforts to offer another date but cannot guarantee availability.

Company cancellations. If we cancel a service and cannot offer a reasonable replacement appointment acceptable to you, any prepaid amount for the canceled service will be refunded.

Weather, emergencies, and safety. We may reschedule because of severe weather, unsafe road conditions, emergencies, utility outages, or other conditions outside our reasonable control. When possible, we will offer the next available appointment without a rescheduling fee.

Refunds before service. When you cancel before the applicable deadline, prepaid service amounts will be refunded, minus any amount separately authorized and already earned or incurred.

Refund decisions. Approved remedies may include a full refund, a partial refund, an account credit, or a re-clean of the affected area. Refunds are returned to the original payment method when reasonably possible; processing times depend on your bank or card issuer.

Nonrefundable charges. The following may be nonrefundable when properly disclosed and earned: completed cleaning services, late or same-day cancellation fees, no-access fees, materials purchased specifically for you, completed add-on services, and labor already performed.

14. Recurring Services

Recurring services continue until canceled by either party. Payment is due no later than 24 hours before each scheduled cleaning unless we agree to different terms in writing. We may adjust recurring pricing after providing advance notice. Canceling one appointment does not automatically cancel the entire recurring plan unless you clearly request cancellation of the full plan.

15. Communications and Privacy

You authorize service-related communications concerning appointments, arrival updates, invoices, payment status, access, delays, cancellations, and customer support. Marketing communications are separate and optional. Your information will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

16. Termination and Governing Law

Either party may terminate future services by providing notice. Termination does not remove responsibility for completed services, amounts already due, or properly disclosed fees. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

17. Agreement
